marker float

Postby Nick » Thu Feb 02, 2006 8:37 am

It dose not matter how many rod licences you have you still cant leave a marker float out all the time.

The possibility of tangles and the resulting tethered fish is just one damn good reason for the rule. And yes on the surface they may look just like pike floats but most people use high braking strain braid on marker rods and that stuff in a tangle is a real (((female dog))) specially if your a fish, not to mention the heavy feature finding leads and the float itself.

Hope this helps

good point colin, some answers to 'questions' can turn into a torrent of abuse. At the end of the day it is better to ask than to have your ticket taken on the bank.
