Other clubs waters

Postby Dave Davies » Fri Sep 15, 2006 9:08 am

I just wondered if anybody has any useful information regarding the fishing on Chelmsford, Kelvedon and Maldon clubs waters for species other than carp.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Aaron, I don't take much notice of club websites as they tend to give an exaggerated picture of fish stocks.

1. I dont own the 4 lakes I lease them.
2. I have not fished a CAPS water this season
3. I fished a CAPS water once last year.
4. I have only fished CAPS waters a few times in the last 10 years

I have been a fully paid member of CAPS for over 15 years and I am now in the lucky position of being a "Lifetime Member"

I like the club and I like the waters, although i dont get much time to go fishing and when I do I like to pick my swim and not get the last ones available, hence I fish the waters I control. But when time and space permits then I fish CAPS waters.

As it happens I'm taking a week off next week to go fishing, Ive found a nice little spot with loads of fish and its nice and quiet. The only inconvenience is the seven hour flight to get there. My thoughts will be with you.......
