ive got a 8 year old kind of step son but if i buy him a under13 membership ill he be able to fish layer for free or does he need to send off any thing or not cheers

im pretty sure its free, but he'll still need a layer upgrade on his card so you will have to send it in. my 8 year old done a few work party's with me when we joined. although he had great fun chucking piles of gravel backwards and forwards with a shovel twice his size across the tennis courts he didnt need the tokens.
