rod repairers

Postby dannyarris » Thu Apr 02, 2009 3:28 pm

Hi

I have a broken rod, the two pieces of it were together and it snapped and the remains of one part are left in the join to another part. Is this repairable and does anybody know anyone/anywhere when I can get it done??

cheers

I doubt if it's repairable, better to try and get a new section.

Sounds fairly terminal to me  .

yea I think it will need a new end piece, but the broken bits are lodged deep in the reel section. Im not spending much money on a rod again, the fish wont know so who cares lol

I would guess that the the only course of action would be to get a replacement section, if you pop it in the shop I can have a look and let you know your options.
