yup watch out for all the rats & rubbish ! wink

if i had the choice between fishing front and back it would be the back but it was about 60 % covered in weed at the time.

this was last season it may have cleaned up a bit since then, fingers crossed

I fished the front lake some years back (before it went to syndi status), at that time the regular patrol route (with your back to the road) went from the left near corner and passed the point to the far right corner, down the right margin one third and back to the left corner. Finding the channels in the weed on this track generally got results. The point was then out of bounds for fishing but you could use it to hand bait some good areas.

Far left corner was very weedy but produced some good Tench.

Hope this helps :D
