Me and my mate went last Sunday and managed to find a gap in the ice (lol)

Only got one bream each in a 4hr session so was pretty quiet.

Hoping to go for the day on Tuesday,not sure whether to give Bovvies a go or try Inworth. Anyone know what the weed is like in Inworth at the moment?

It was freezing over yesterday morning and with the temps over the last couple of nights wouldn't be surprised if it was completely frozen soon. Weed is still there.

That would be typical if everywhere freezes over again,every week i would have been able to go since early december the lakes have been frozen over... I don't suppose you know how far the weed is off the bottom do you Wayne or is it just that horrible dead sh*tty weed.

Not sure really mate, haven't cast a rod out in there for ages. It was still pretty high though before we started getting all this clod ty weather, so i guess it's started to head back towards the bottom and will be dying off. The areas that were raked last year should still be ok.

went to layer sataday blanked packed up a 2 went to mersea for the night coaught a 14 lb common at 2 in the morning well guestamet and packed up in the morning everythink frozent to go to layer and stayed till about 6 and guese WHAT A BLANK ha ha ha

Went on Bovvie 1 today for a day session and blanked. Still a bit of ice in front of the car park and in the bay down the other end. Didn't see anything show and it looked well grim.....

Anyone know if anything is actually coming out from anywhere? I've done a couple of day sessions on Bovvie one the last few weeks and haven't even seen anything let alone caught anything....
