Have a look at Les Saisons, I have been involved with this lake for the last 6 years including the stocking and loads of work parties, carp run to the mid 50's but we know there are fish that exceed this size. The lake is about 5 feet deep has 14 swims, is 14 acres and only allows a maximum of 6 anglers. It is a drive and survive but has a brick built lodge at the side of the lake with fully equipped kitchen, including fridge and large freezer, toilet and shower, outside benches and tables and bar-b-q. Most of the commons are over 40lb with a number of them now into the 50lb mark, cost is £1200 for the whole lake for the week, I know that this year is fully booked and next year is getting booked up quick so if you are interested give my mate Paul Hodkinson a ring, the number is 0781 080 0650 or have a look at the website www.lessaisons.co.uk I know the last weekend in May including the bank holiday through to the first weekend in June has gone cause I have got it booked. If you need any more info PM me or call Paul, I have loads of pics.
Spent 4 days out there three weeks ago on work party during the day and fishing at night, the lake had just un-frozen and produced 2 mid 20's a stunning 35lb mirror and a 42lb common.

I know of a seven acre lake, with carp to 45lb ( lots of twenties and thirties) , sturgeon to 40lb ( had lots of twenties and some thirties) cats to 120lb ( had loads of 40's 50's 60's and a few 70's) grass carp to 25 lb ( had loads to 25lb). There are 8 swims ( only five are used regualrly for weekly anglers)

Its four -five hours from Calais and costs about £160 per week for drive and survive

I have been five times .One year ( the second )there was a fish kill very disappointing. Aside from that I have caught

47 fish
32 fish
30 fish
24 fish ( focussed two rods on the cats og which me and my mate had 19 between us)

One year four of us had 127 fish at a weight just over an imperial ton. I had 12 fish in three hours on the last day after pre bailitng an area for a week

Give me 30 fish a week without a forty pounds carp, over a dream lakes scenario any day of the week

Message me if you want details
