hi i was just wondering if non fishing geusts were alowwed to sleep with you over nigh because my dad doesnt really want me night fishing with just my mates and would only let me if he came. im going on friday night and he is going to sleep in my swim or my brothers swim(but not fish because he isnt a meber of caps) Thanks in advance.

If you have an U13 licence then you have to have an adult with you while fishing anyway. If you have another licence then I can not see why this would be a problem, just make the baliff aware of the situation.

Any member under 13 wishing to fish at night must be accompanied by an adult (membership rule 21), All members are permitted to be accompanied by one non member provided they are in your swim and they do not fish (membership rule 25).
Therefore in accordance with the rules you can go to the ball..
