Layer upgrades - suspension of "waiting list"

For the last few seasons, willing persons have qualified by the work party route, to the extent that the mythical "waiting list" has so overstated there has been no opportunity to reduce its size without some form of arbitrary selection process.

If things continue as they are we will have a waiting list to become qualifying bicentenarians. For this reason the "list" has been suspended, and the only route in is work parties. If you have a disability we make allowances, but a contribution is still required.

At least this presents everyone with an even playing field.

We are aware that some members cannot attend scheduled work parties for employment or other reasons. We can make more flexible arrangements so that everyone has the same chance- contact me, 07743 045 079, for further details.
