I was speaking to the baliff on Sunday and he said they have become aware that our fish munching friends have been taking fish. Apparantly when fishing the top pond an angler reeled in another line which was found to be a snare tied to a pole pushed into the reeds. Since then I believe another similar trap has also been retrieved and removed.
May explain why things have been quiet there lately
