The fishery is comprised of Three Waters
Specimen Lake – Approximately 2 ½ acres 20 swims,
Match Lake - Approximately 2 acres with 30 swims
Top Lake – Approximately 3 ½ acres 12 swims “Runs Water”
There are "Site Specific" rules that must be adherred to.
This water will be a "Dawn to Dusk" fishery until April 2009 when Night Fishing will be allowed on a "Permit Only" basis and you will be able to purchase these from specific local agents (Details to Follow). One of the additional rules, will be that you have to "Sign In" at the bailiff hut when Night Fishing as the Landowner has been plagued by our Carp Munching Friends, that like to visit during the night.
You can find this water by driving down the A120 to the Horsley Cross Roundabout, then take the on the right, then turn left, then left again and the fishery is at the other end of Great Oakley Village on the left hand side.
Look Out For The Following Sign........

The new "Site Specific" Rules can be found in the main Car Park, next to Reg Upsher (CAPS Estates Officer).
